What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Facilities Manager and team of 4

Key duties: The Facilities Administrator will be the first point of call for all staff, you will be involved in all aspects of facilities management and communicate with all departments across the business. The role covers all aspects of building management and facilities projects as well as providing admin support to the whole team.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: CAFM Helpdesk management, health and safety, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a can do attitude.

Qualifications: CAD training or experience * H&S Training * FM qualification - IWFM Level 2 or higher * Minute taking
