Our client focuses on providing homeless people the skills and holistic support to re-enter society and thrive. The initiative has won global recognition and has exciting international expansion plans on the horizon. This is a fast paced, exciting and meaty role supporting the two co-CEO’s and assisting with wider operations in order to help drive the enterprise forward and ensure everything is running efficiently. It requires someone who has some excellent PA experience behind them and is used to varied roles. The team are lovely and all very passionate about what they are doing. The start up vibe is very much still alive, even though they have established foundations, so the role needs someone with the energy to work in a fast paced company, who is open to sharing ideas, can juggle work loads and can work beyond the duties of a job spec and really grow with the role. This is a new position so it is a chance for someone to carve it out and make it their own.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary & inbox management for the co-CEO’s
  • Organising and booking travel logistics
  • Personal tasks such as running errands, booking appointment and dinners
  • Assisting with admin as required for the wider team
  • Overseeing the execution of key team meetings, events, and presentations
  • Managing team expenses
  • Responsible for onboarding new staff and tracking holiday and sickness rotas
  • Supervising all IT equipment and utilities, office services suppliers and repairs
  • Overseeing H&S regulation
  • Ensuring the office is organised, tidy and stocked with required supplies
  • Managing the office budget
  • Enhancing team culture by organising and implementing engaging social calendar
  • Meet and greeting clients
  • Assisting the HR Manager with HR additional HR duties
  • Assisting with the monitoring and updating of social media platforms

Candidates must have at least 4 years PA experience behind them, with ideally some exposure to office management or operations duties. It requires someone with a dynamic and proactive attitude, who is able to help put systems in place.  It will be hybrid working and hours are 9.30am – 4pm.
