Payroll Administrator
Location, Please note: This role is base at our Head Office- Lime Wood Group & Homegrown Hotels, Beechen Lane, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.
Salary: GBP22,000- GBP25,000 PA ?????" Depending on experience.
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week, Over 5 Days.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to assist in the production of multiple sage based monthly payrolls for our group of hotels consisting of 1200 staff.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work within our Accounts Team providing payroll support, taking responsibility for the processing of large monthly payrolls, dealing with statutory calculations including Tax, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP etc and calculating the various components of salaries.

On a day-to-day basis you will also manage starting/leaving employee????????s, ensuring P45????????s are issued and tax codes are updated to facilitate first and last payments. You will also be resolving any queries that arise in relation to employee salaries & pay, collating reconciling and uploading pension files, plus payroll control accounts and any other responsibilities relating to payroll.

A minimum of 2 years???????? experience is a similar position, managing multiple payrolls for a high number of employee????????s and competency using Sage payroll is essential. You must have the ability to prioritise a large and varied workload, be a good team player with excellent IT skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
