Legal Support Administrator - Case Support Team
The Legal Support Administrators (LSAs) provide a highly effective support service to all lawyers, working as part of our Case Support team located supporting our offices.
The LSAs process items of digital post from the virtual post trays (VPTs), work with our binding software to prepare digital bundles, and assist the legal teams in managing the digital file, all in accordance with BLM protocols and procedures and ensuring all deadlines are adhered to. They also assist in the provision of management and business information and provide support from opening files through to completion.
Essential skills needed for this role include proficiency in BLM IT systems for which training will be provided, a high standard of communication, attention to detail and time management. The ability to prioritise deadlines, work to team goals and work independently are also required. A good knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in the relevant legal sector would be a benefit.
