Transport Administrator

We are seeking a Transport Administrator starting in January 2022

Working onsite with our client to understand their requirements in order to recruit suitable candidates for their roles.
Utilising knowledge of clients' requirements to create suitable, accurate and compliant job advertisements
Ensure all recruitment tools are utilized to include Job Boards and Social Media
Manage working pool availability and ensure in house system is kept up to date
Liaise with clients to receive booking requirements and ensure fulfilment with compliant and suitable candidate from working pool..
As first line contact for candidate queries, ensure these are dealt with promptly and professional and escalate to Senior where necessary.
General Administrative duties
We're looking for someone who is passionate about service working within a small onsite team in the heart of the action..
