Our client a well-respected and reputable professional membership body based in Northampton is currently looking for an Executive Assistant.

The Role

Provide a highly effective and confidential support service to the CEO and Senior Executive Team (SET). Responsible for ensuring calendar management across the SET is accurate, up to date and aligned to the requirements of the organisation and the CEO's email's are maintained and up to date. Provide ad hoc project administration support

Person Specification

Have five years' experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant

Experienced at minute taking and report writing

Able to ensure complete confidentiality on all matters relating to the work of the CEO

Able to instigate a proactive and positive working environment

Excellent team player, able to work with all members of staff regardless of role and responsibilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

IT fluency and attention to detail

A working knowledge of the industry and its current events

The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Able to adapt in a constructive manner to a changing environment

Excellent time management and organisation skills

Willing to share knowledge, skills and ideas across the organisation

Values the contribution of all staff members
