Business Support Administrator
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP21,500 per annum plus generous holiday package, great employee benefits and flexible/remote working available.
Our client is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. Established in 1973, they are one of the leading Health & Wellbeing charities in the West Midlands.
The charity are passionate about their contribution to improving people's lives through the provision of quality services, inclusion and awareness. This is an exciting and challenging time for them as they look to expand their services and the areas in which they deliver, whilst continuing to ensure existing services are of the highest possible quality.
The charity are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their newly re-structured dynamic and passionate Business Administration Team. The Post holder(s) will play an essential role in the charity. The role is extremely varied, and the post-holders can expect to be exposed to a number of areas where they will be able to strengthen their skills and experience.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Front of House/Reception/Customer Service
- Direct responsibility for the administration requirements of our operational and corporate services
- Data collection and data analysis.
- Working closely with our IT support
- Liaising with contractors and vendors
- Under the direction of the Business Support Team Leader developing our administrative processes and systems
- Working closing with operational managers and senior executives
What you'll need to be successful:
- At least 3 years 'working within an administrative function including reception.
- Evidence of a good standard of literacy
- Knowledge and experience of a variety of data bases
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
