A really exciting opportunity to support the Partners of a leading finance company based in Brussels office.
They are seeking an experienced EA to provide extensive support across extremely complex diary management (constant changes and back to back meetings all day, every day), frequent international travel across Europe, meeting arrangements, client liaison and ad hoc administrative assistance and projects.
We are looking for someone extremely proactive who provides VIP levels of service. It's a very demanding environment and you need to be able to react fast. You will have proven experience in a similar role.
This role will be based full-time in the Brussels office.
Candidate requirements:
