A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join our Birmingham Property Asset Management team

In the Property Administrator role, you will be responsible for:

Assisting the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office
Meeting and greeting guests in a polite, helpful, and confident manner
Answering the switchboard
Coordinating the completion of budget documentation and issuing to tenants
Coordinating client reporting
General administrative duties such as coordinating tenant welcome letters for new sites, keeping team paperwork updated and being responsible for all site keys, letters, minutes, and agendas
Issuing letters to stakeholders on behalf of the PAM fee earners
Tracking insurance claims across PAM's portfolio and liaising with the insurer / FM / surveyor as necessary
Coordinating surveyor inspections, occupational tenant contacts, and keeping the inspection tracker updated
Raising quarterly management fees and ad hoc fees
Coordinating post received, both electronically and physically, and to respond directly where necessary
Tracking tenant applications and issuing acknowledgement letters
Ensuring that the professional image of Knight Frank is always maintained
Being up to date on Money Laundering regulations

To be successful in the Property Administrator role, you will have the following skills and experience:

2 plus years in an administrative role is beneficial
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to communicate and deal with a range of stakeholders, both face to face and on the telephone
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
A flexible, self-motivated, organized, and proactive nature with the ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks
A keen interest in property
