An international hedge fund based in the West End, is looking to recruit a temporary receptionist, on an interim basis. This role would suit someone who has corporate FOH receptionist experience and exceptional customer service experience. 

This is a temporary role and therefore candidates MUST be available to start at short notice and happy to commit until mid February 2022.

Duties include:

  • Managing the reception area 
  • Meeting and greeting guests 
  • Managing meeting room booking system 
  • Event set up 
  • Answering calls 
  • Organising couriers 
  • Food preparation (breakfast set up)

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist within a corporate setting
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Well presented 
  • Passionate about proving a great customer service 
  • A pro-active and flexible approach 

This role will pay up to £14 per hour and the hours for this role are 8am - 5pm
