A dynamic and entrepreneurial global technology consultancy based in the West End (Oxford Circus) is looking for an EA to support an MD and 2 Directors. This position would suit a detail-driven individual with excellent technical skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way.

This is a heavy organisational role and is an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential, and above all a passion for doing it well! The company is approximately 30 -40 people strong but is part of a global corporate Management Consultancy and in such you will be based in the same offices so will feel part of the wider family. Looking for an established EA with experience working for large global organisations but also with an interest in digital/technology or who has worked in the technology sector also. Must be able to demonstrate strong relationship management expertise, experience organising large scale social events internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' EA experience within global corporate organisations with some experience ideally in digital or fintech industries also.
Key EA duties:
- Extensive & intensive diary management worldwide
- Arranging client and internal meetings
- Planning and execution of social events on a large scale
- Extensive relationship management of key stakeholders to the business
- Inbox management by request (dependant on stakeholders)
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing and submitting time & expense reports
- Maintaining & updating Partners' client contact information and biographies
- Organising team dinners and events
Key Executive Assistant skills and experience
- Previous Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced, global environment ideally fintech or tech
- Highly computer-literate, including Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage expectations and conflicting deadlines
- Proactive and confident in managing expectations, as and when required
- Professional communication style (both verbal and written) at all levels within the organisation and with external clients
