Experienced EA for dynamic Global Firm based in Dublin

This is an incredible opportunity to work for a global consultancy firm in Dublin. This position will see you work within a close-knit and encouraging team of individuals, who are looking for someone like minded to step in to assist a team of four consultants. Our renowned client provides a high quality of service and are looking for someone to provide an equal level of support as EA. This is a great company for an experienced individual to hit the ground running. This is a temp role with the possibility of a permanent placement. 

The Role:  

As EA you will be providing all around support for up to four principles, from diary and travel arrangements to building relationships with clients. This is a fast-paced environment which will require an adaptable and quick-thinking approach, no two days will be the same.

• Extensive diary management
• Detailed travel arrangements
• Client events
• Document preparations
• Project management support

The Candidate:  

The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and switched on. We are looking for someone with experience in the financial services sector, who can work on their own initiative and work collaboratively with a team.

• 2+ years experience
• Advanced MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Discretion
