An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced and dynamic Executive Search firm in the West End as an Associate. The perfect candidate will be organised, have great attention to detail and willing to get stuck in from the start.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Client and candidate relationship management.
- Administrative tasks.
- Providing business development research and support.
- Working independently and alongside the team on client and candidate requirements.
- Speaking with candidates.
- Sending candidates to clients.
- Constant client management.
WHO YOU ARE
An organised, hard-working and switched-on individual who has an interest executive search and, preferably, has experience within recruitment or executive search. You will be working as part of a great team whose collective aim is to provide the very best service and support. They are looking for someone with similar drive and work ethic.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience within an office environment (ideally in recruitment/executive search).
- A 2:1 qualification (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement for entry.
- A strong interest in executive search and most importantly retail, consumer, and hospitality sectors.
