A global but boutique risk /insurance consultancy is looking for a Board level EA to support the CEO on a 6 -month maternity contract. This is a part time role 3- 4 days per week. Starting mid-February and ending 1st Sep 2022.
This is a boutique consultancy (aprox 6/7 people) and initially this role will be working remotely. In March they will be looking to move into offices (which you will be tasked to find) and then the role will potentially be 1- 2 days in the office. This is not set in stone so needs someone quite flexible with this.
Looking for an experiences board level EA ideally from a corporate background, ideally risk/insurance who has extensive experience producing board papers/packs as well as minute taking to a high standard at board level.
This role will also have extensive events to organise as well as plenty of client interaction so will suit someone who is comfortable liaising with external clients at all levels as well as internal stakeholders.
Looking for someone energetic, client facing, articulate with good proof-reading skills , someone who isn’t afraid to push back and chase people. There will be lots of interaction with external clients such as big insurance firms as well as stakeholder engagement so must have some experience working in a client centric environment.
