We’re so excited to be working on this incredible opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a successful and ever-growing sporting goods start-up who have also recently developed and continue to develop new innovative technology. Based in fabulous offices in Somerset House, you’ll be joining a team of 13, bright, fun and hardworking engineers and designers. As their first business support hire, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO and CTO ensuring their day to day runs smoothly, as well as undertaking office management and front of house duties.
Executive Assistant duties will include;
- Diary and inbox management for the leadership team including; CEO, CTO & Head of Product
- Acting as first point of contact for both internal and external meeting requests
- Arranging international travel and accommodation, producing associated itineraries & organising visas, when required
- Organising client visits; itineraries, managing events and accommodation
- Office management of workspaces in Somerset HQ and East London Lab; implementing processes and policies
- Organising internal events, including dinners, conferences, internal gatherings
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority and making arrangements for guests
- Non-technical onboarding of new recruits; access pass creation, handbook, etc
- Management of administrative duties; holiday, expense & HR reviewing submissions and approvals, filing, particularly for future due diligence
- General departmental admin including; dealing with incoming post, maintaining events schedule and filtering enquiries
The right candidates will have experience working in a similar role, ideally within a smaller company or start-up. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is a proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude where no job is too big or small. Excellent administrative, interpersonal and organisational skills are key!
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm/8am-4pm with 1 day working from home.
Salary is £35-40k depending on experience
