My client, based in Holborn, are looking for a Receptionist and Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone highly organised, excellent interpersonal skills and great time management skills.

My client, based in Holborn, are looking for a Receptionist and Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone highly organised, excellent interpersonal skills and great time management skills.
What you’ll do:
- Meet and greet persons entering the office and accommodate them in reception
- Issue building passes to staff
- Health and safety inductions
- Act as a point of contact with office vendors and service providers
- Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
- Book travel and accommodation
- Answer office phone calls, dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
What you’ll need:
- Relevant experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Admin Assistance
- Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
- Well-presented and professional with a positive can-do attitude who is ready to take up any challenge
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Experience using MS Office software
