A unique opportunity has arisen to join an established Global Pharmaceutical company as an Office Assistant, with HR Administration responsibilities.

This company is looking for a proactive, savvy candidate, who can ensure the smooth running of the office. As an Office Assistant who would be able to take on a varied role that would include ad-hoc duties, facilities management, general administration tasks, liaising with new starters, building managers, being their first point of contact for any issues, new starters, induction organisations, communicating with IT support, the ordering of new equipment, client liaison, involvement with some projects, as well as assisting at all times.

You’d be reporting to the Manager on the HR side, as well as supporting the Executive Assistant.

The company is looking for a candidate with initiative, a ‘can-do attitude’, excellent communication, and an individual who is digital savvy.

You’d have an opportunity to take on more responsibilities as an Office Assistant, with HR Admin.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as an Office Assistant or HR.

Initially, this is a temporary, 4 to 6 month contract.
