Business Assistant / Analyst - Data Engineering - Investment Banking

Leading Global Investment Bank is seeking a Business Assistant / Analyst to support the Chief of Staff office for their Data Engineering division based in Birmingham.

This Chief of Staff team work on diverse projects and this exciting role will support workforce management needs including on-boarding and off-boarding staff, staff allocation and hiring efforts, developing management presentations, supporting communications strategies and Stakeholder support.

You will be a confident self starter, a Graduate with approximately 2-3 years work experience gained within a financial services or corporate office environment, possessing excellent communication and administration skills, strong MS Office knowledge including advanced Excel skills and an understanding of employee lifecycle or workforce management processes.
