A leading financial intelligence firm are seeking an experienced Administrator to help support a busy department of 100+ people. This is a hybrid role and is a 3 month temporary contract with potential to extend. Ideally the candidate would be available to start immediately.

The responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Warmly meet and greet guests and also when on the phone and through email
  • Managing inboxes of departments
  • Directing emails to the correct members of staff/teams
  • Responding to phone calls, emails and any enquiries
  • There may be elements of cash ups
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis



Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience in an office environment is essential
  • Must be trustworthy as a lot of work will be remote
  • Must be motivated and passionate
  • Has an interest in developing into a Credit Control role would be a bonus
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Approachable and helpful
  • Good organisational skills
