Based in High Wycombe, Bucks, we are looking for an Operations Administrator to take on a Full-time role. Combined Services is a dynamic, long established and customer focused Building Energy Management System (BMS) specialist company, offering complete turnkey solutions from initial system design, to service and maintenance of installed systems
Job role includes, but not limited to:
* Managing and organising a busy Operations calendar
* Managing an Operations System for a Key Retail Customer including; Allocating work, Submitting Quotations, Closing Down Jobs & Invoicing
* Answering Telephone Calls from Clients, Suppliers & Field based Engineers
* Providing support to our Field Engineers and Workshop
* Invoicing, ordering of equipment/parts & producing Reports via our Sage Accounts system & online Accounts
* Full Training will be given
Essentials:
* Competent on MS Outlook, MS Excel & MS Word
* Experience of using Sage or a similar Accounts based system
* Confident and polite phone manner
* This Job will require you to be able to work closely with various teams and other members of staff so being a team player is essential
Desirable:
* Experience of working in an office environment
* Able to work efficiently independently where required
