This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, clients, and other stakeholders of the business.

Location: Maidenhead
Position: Permanent role
Salary: Up too GBP19,000 (depending on experience)As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Answering and making calls from existing and potential customers and clients
Taking information from customers over the phone
Ensuring accurate data handling
Maintaining accurate data for internal database systemsThe successful candidate will have the following related skills / experience

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional telephone manner and data entry skills
Superb communications skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
