PA supporting Investor Relations team

A fantastic PA opportunity has arisen within a high profile Venture Capital firm supporting the Investor Relations and Marketing team!  Based in outstanding offices in Soho this client is a leading VC to work for!

Supporting a team of 5 including Head of IR, Director of IR & Marketing, IR Associate and newly appointed Marketing Manager. This will be an incredibly diverse PA role as you will be an integral part of the team organising the busy schedules of the team, planning AGM's, Conferences, Investor Retreats (which you would attend), scheduling meetings, planning the logistics of IR trips, attending IR and Marketing meetings to take notes when needed and being the go-to person to ensure this fantastic team is able to perform to the highest standards possible. 

Looking for a highly organised PA who loves booking travel, managing a busy workload and goes the extra mile to ensure the team are supported. You will have extremely high attention to detail, excellent communication skills both written and spoken English. Have a good sense of humour, enjoy a busy role and strive to provide perfect PA support.
