We are a fully funded service, commissioned by Surrey County Council, to deliver their Early Help Programme to families with children aged from 0-11 years.Our team of family support workers visit families in their own homes and also run groups at our site. The location is Surrey Heath Family Centre, Kingston Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 4AF.The Service Administrator role is a varied one and includes:* Support with premises and facilities management* Providing support with financial management* Liaison with agencies (eg. Health, Surrey Children's Services, Schools etc)* Service user administration* Production of management informationWe are therefore looking for someone with:* Attention to detail* Numeracy skills* Good interpersonal skills* Strong organisational skills* Experience with IT packages such as outlook, word and basic ExcelOur staff receive regular supervision and training on our systems and procedures.
