High-end luxury property company seeking slick and people-oriented Office Coordinator to join their fun and social team in prime central London. When it comes to progression and variety, the sky’s the limit. This is not your classic Office Coordinator role. You will be:

  • Supporting with all office admin, mucking in with both the Sales and Lettings teams
  • Creating innovative content for social media
  • Assisting with marketing 
  • Getting out and about, visiting multimillion pound London properties
  • Liaising with UHNWI and VIP clients, assisting with viewings

The ideal candidate will be polished, articulate, with strong communication skills. You will be a charismatic people-person, always equipped with a smile and a “can-do” approach to everything. You love a challenge and learning new things, yet you are equally happy to roll up your sleeves: no job is too big or too small. You will have some admin experience, property experience is a plus, and are social media savvy.
