Excellent role for a well presented and articulate candidate to support the merchandising and franchise teams at a world renowned jewellery brand.  The role includes - 

  • Managing client repairs – responsibility for end to end process including liaising between front office sales teams and repair team to provide quotes and lead times, and working with allocations team to ensure due dates are achieved
  • System support of daily sales activities, including creation of sales support documentation for retail and franchise departments and filing of sales supporting paperwork
  • Departmental documentation organising and filing
  • General office duties and additional ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Required skills:

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Prioritization of own work load and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
  • Good communication skills
  • Jewellery knowledge a plus, but not essential
  • Strong excel and Microsoft office skills
  • Deal with e-mail/telephone enquiries on a timely basis
