Global Fin tech company based in fabulous offices in Central London is looking for an EA to come on board and support the C-Suite team. The Role:

  • Diary Management which will include arranging internal and external meetings, including travel and accommodation and room bookings/Video Conference’s.
  • Event planning - organisation for internal/external events including monthly and quarterly reviews, external meetings with investors, business updates/townhalls, team events and Summer/Christmas parties.
  • General support which is likely to include helping the management team with all aspects of life including expenses, travel authorisations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, expense reports, correspondence, note taking/agendas and preparation of presentations/documents.
  • Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by members of the Executive Team and key leaders across the company.

Candidate profile:

  • You will have proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant at an executive level.
  • Ability to prioritise and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and can find creative solutions for complex situations.
  • Organised and have excellent time management/prioritisation skills.
  • Effective at multitasking, responding promptly and collaborating efficiently with team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Diplomatic and are very confident working with people across the business.
  • Comfortable with handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Previous experience in an international fast-paced financial services or technology environment.
