 Our client a top European private equity firm with a very well-known name in the industry is looking for a dedicated and efficient Team PA! They have incredibly low staff turnover with offices around the world and around 90 in their London office, which is a short walk from Bond Street station.

They are looking for Team PA to join the team and support up to five. It’s a really important role within the company and they are looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career! You must be able to multi task and juggle workloads. It’s very fast pace and the team really value the support staff.

THE ROLE:

• Organising ever changing diaries
• Complex travel booking with last minute changes
• Processing expenses
• Setting up conference calls
• Various ad-hoc tasks
