We’re looking for excellent EAs to join a leading global investment firm based in Mayfair. These roles will be hired on a temp to perm and perm basis.

THE ROLES

This firm are expanding and have a need for several EAs to join various different teams. You will support around three - four executives from Director level to Analyst in mostly traditional EA support roles with duties such as diary and travel management, however there can be scope to get involved in more.

THE CANDIDATES

We are therefore looking for hardworking and proactive EAs, preferably with experience in a similar company - such as investments, banking and management consulting firms. The ideal candidates will go above and beyond, be proactive, hard working and have a very high attention to detail and be able to easily build relationships with others.

THE DETAILS

·      Salary up to £52k

·      Core hours 9am-6pm

·      Pension

·      25 days holiday
