We are looking to appoint an excellent Office Manager to join our hardworking team. We are looking for someone who can support our school leadership team in all aspects of school administration.

You will be responsible for managing a busy school office and will work alongside another member of staff on some of your days.

We are a warm and welcoming school, and are fortunate to be located in a village surrounded by beautiful countryside. The successful candidate will be joining a passionate and committed team, with a supportive Governing Body, and children who are happy and keen to learn.

The successful candidate will:

  • be highly organised, reliable and able to use time management skills effectively
  • have experience of using school administrative and financial systems, including SIMS, including Capita SIMS, and FMS;
  • have experience of the development, management and operation of administration systems
  • be fully competent in the use of IT packages, with experience of using Microsoft Office
  • has excellent interpersonal skills, is highly motivated and has the ability to work well under pressure;
  • has excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • is friendly and approachable with a welcoming and professional manner;
  • be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively and contribute positively within a team environment;

Hours : 28 per week- ( Must include one full day on a Monday 8 am - 4.30pm. Remaining hours to be flexible across three/ two other days. Five paid extra days in school holiday time alongside five development days, ten days in total)
