A successful and rapidly growing Medical Tech start-up is looking to hire a Customer Success Coordinator to join the company. You will be a strong communicator as a large proportion of the role will be speaking with the end-users to ensure they are maximising their usage of this unique product.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Customer Success Coordinator role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who thrives on building relationships and working in an entrepreneurial environment! Typical duties include:

• Building relationships with clients predominantly over the phone
• Able to create engaging client experience with marketing
• Being a brand ambassador for the product
• Able to analyse product and client data
• Updating systems with accurate information

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have experience in a role where you have to speak with clients or customers over the phone, be analytical and be a confident communicator!

Essential requirements:

• Experience in a customer service role where you have had to build relationships over the phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to build relationships
• Positive and high energy personality
• Strong academics, ideally at degree level
• Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
• Able to learn new concepts with ease.

This role will pay up to £28k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and benefits including being a 4 day working week.
