A successful and rapidly growing Medical Tech start-up is looking to hire a Customer Success Coordinator to join the company. You will be a strong communicator as a large proportion of the role will be speaking with the end-users to ensure they are maximising their usage of this unique product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Customer Success Coordinator role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who thrives on building relationships and working in an entrepreneurial environment! Typical duties include:

Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £28k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and benefits including being a 4 day working week.

- Able to create engaging client experience with marketing
- Being a brand ambassador for the product
- Able to analyse product and client data
- Updating systems with accurate information

Essential requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role where you have had to build relationships over the phone
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to build relationships
- Positive and high energy personality
- Strong academics, ideally at degree level
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Able to learn new concepts with ease.
