Team AssistantA prestigious company based in the City of London, is searching for a Team Assistant to support the Sales Team. They are looking for a Team Assistant who is a real team player, has excellent attention to detail and who truly enjoys supporting the team and bringing everything together. This salary is £25,000-£30,000 plus benefits.
Industry experience - ideally professional services. Secretarial qualification is advantageous.
Duties involve:
*Supporting the Sales team and Director
*Scheduling meetings
*CRM system
*Uploading document
*Travel arrangements
*Reporting
*Diary management
*Ad hoc projects
You will be the hub of the team and to 'go to' person. Impeccable attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
