An established professional services company based in Leatherhead, is searching for a PA to Partners and a small team. You must have excellent attention to detail and remain calm under pressure. This is a varied PA / Secretarial role, which requires lots of organisation and pace. Paying £30,000-£35,000 plus benefits. InDesign and Photoshop experience is advantageous.

Duties include:

*Audio and copying typing - preparing letters, emails, memos
*Diary management
*Arranging meeting
*Organising travel
*Updating mailing lists
*Producing client bills
*Sending payment reminders to clients
*InDesign and Photoshop

You must have excellent communication and be tech savvy.
