Part Time Reception - Temp

Part-time Receptionist
Tuesday and Thursday
18th Jan to mid Feb
8:30 am – 5 pm
£11 per hour

My client is a lovely charity based in Bethnal Green and they are looking for a part-time Receptionist to cover some annual leave over December working 2 days a week.

This will be a stand-alone reception, reporting into the Office Manager and the day to day role would consist of:

• Providing a welcoming and friendly service to all clients and visitors
• Take care of the reception area; keeping it tidy and well-stocked
• Distributing and sorting the incoming and out-going post
• Answering all incoming calls and relaying messages in a timely fashion
• Carrying out any ad-hoc administrative duties

Once this cover comes to an end, we’d happily continue to inform you of other positions, or you could always fill the remaining days of the week during December, covering for our other clients!

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 1 years’ experience as a Receptionist or in a client-facing administrative role.
