A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a well established consultancy firm in Birmingham City Centre. This position offers flexible working from home and negotiable salary depending upon experience.

My client is an award winning multimillion pound turnover organisation with a number of offices across the UK and are looking for a driven Office Manager to join their lovely office in Birmingham City Centre. They were voted 'Best Places to Work in Property' by Property Week magazine.

Description

  • This is a multi-faceted role comprising various duties, including: PA to two Senior Directors; general secretarial tasks, including diary management and high-quality document production; office management and maintenance, including liaising with different providers; and HR tasks, including inductions and training. There will also be marketing duties where you will work on promoting the company and office, via internal and external events, and prepare marketing collateral and documents.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers. You will work with various teams across the business, including operations management, HR, marketing and graphics, so having a professional, friendly personality is crucial.

Profile

  • The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Secretary.
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience with managing a wide range of administrative, secretarial and office management tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and multi-task.
  • You will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience of managing marketing and social events, both internally and externally, will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.

Job Offer

  • This role is based in Birmingham City Centre so must be able to commute.
