Lovely opportunity for an experienced Administrator with a understanding of branding / design principles to join a creative design agency on a Part-Time permanent contract.  The successful person will be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Performing associated administrative tasks such as; filing of emails.
  • Accurately review designs and provide helpful (written) feedback to markets globally.
  • Identify submissions which require escalation to either the design team or client.
  • Respond to brand queries in a timely manner
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and presenting key findings to the client
  • Record updates required for policies or the online portal

Good spelling and grammar skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with global clients. You will also have meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for consistency and perfection.
