My client is currently recruiting an experienced and proactive receptionist to join their West End office. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent high-quality office reception as well as being the face of the company ensuring all guests receive 5 star service. This is a rolling contract so the role will be ongoing. 

What you’ll do:
  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and monitor a busy inbox.
  • Manage the reception, meeting rooms and breakout areas.
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms.
  • General office services – maintaining office supplies, placing orders when necessary etc.
  • Provide any other administrative assistance as required. 
Who You Are:
  • Previous experience as receptionist or similar front of house role.
  • Professional manner, ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional organisation, logistical and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
  • Available for an immediate start.
