This is a unique and very rare opportunity for an immediately available/short notice administrator to work for an investment banking organisation in the heart of Mayfair on a 4-6 month contract as an Administration Assistant / Legal Assistant . You will be supporting COO with administrative support on a high profile and exclusive investment deal that will be one of the stand out deals of 2022 in the investment world. This is an administrative role that requires a high calibre switched on individual with excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail to work alongside the COO and facilitate the logistical administration of the deal.
- You will be sitting in on calls with COO so that you are up to speed with where the project is, taking minutes/notes and thus are able to provide that right hand assistance to the COO and are able to follow up on what actions need to be taken.
- You will be arranging and coordinating high volume and complex meetings/calls/zooms with up to 15 firms of lawyers, investors and bankers in attendance, getting availability, ensuring all relevant parties are onboard, sending out agendas, packs and required collateral.
- You will proactively be managing the COOs deal emails so you can keep on top of requests and logistical arrangements that need to happen
- Assist with KYC documentation, filling in forms and requesting information, sending out and receiving contracts on behalf of associated parties involved with the project
- Manage the meticulous efiling of documentation so that everything is fully accessible with access restricted to yourself and COO
This is a real opportunity for a high calibre individual with highly skilled administrative skills to get an insight into the investment banking world. This role may suit an individual with an interest in investment banking or the legal field.

- French language is advantageous but not essential.
