Our client, an incredibly creative human-centered design agency, has come to us with a brand-new opportunity to play a key role as a Studio/Facilities Assistant in the re-opening of the East London-based studio. As Studio & Facilities Assistant the role will combine Front of house and facilities responsibilities, working alongside an amazing team of creatives in a culture-driven environment of discovery, and fun. The role is a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months and is 100% in the office. To be considered for this exciting role you MUST have your First Aid at Work qualification.
The day-to-day will involve doing everything from meeting and greeting clients to being the point of contact for the community of designers that make up the studio every day. You will be answering calls, organising amazing team events being the go-to person for facilities and maintenance. With this role there will never be a dull day as the whole team are always in and out and everyone is super hard working but relaxed.
To be considered for this role you MUST have First Aid at Work qualification and will be ready to get stuck into the community culture and throw yourself into the studio. You will have at least 1 years of experience in FOH/facilities/hospitality/office admin experience, work well under pressure and have a positive attitude & presence to meet clients. Alongside the essential First Aid at Work qualification, you would also have Fire Warden Qualification (preferable but not essential).
