We are looking for a capable and efficient Executive Assistant & Creative Assistant to join our team and support our CEO in every aspect of her role. It is important to have an energetic can-do attitude, be extremely organised, be a good writer, have plenty of initiative and be a great communicator. Job Description
The role will involve getting involved in all the creative projects in the company, business and strategy, developing ideas, being a sounding board, taking minutes, writing up documents and supporting the team as well as scheduling appointments and regular EA duties. It is perfect for an ambitious go-getter candidate who wants to learn about business from the inside and move fast in their career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist CEO with all creative projects, recruitment, training and creation of new products
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for CEO
- Some personal EA duties
- Transcribing voice notes from the CEO on new courses, marketing content etc.
- Ensuring projects and ideas get off the ground and seeing some through to completion
- Writing some corporate proposals and supporting with the corporate branch of the business
- Developing and editing manuals for our programmes
- Working with current and new eLearning products (editing, uploading, some client support)
Where are we based?
The head office team all work from home (in and around London). We use various programmes - including google hangouts and slack, to connect on a daily basis. We meet 1 – 3 days a week in Central London so you should be within commuting distance of London.
The person we’re looking for has/is:
- A warm and positive personality.
- Forward thinking, proactive and creative, self-motivated and ready to roll sleeves up and get stuck in.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure without compromising on quality, prioritising to meet deadlines.
- A quick and efficient worker with a high attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Confident using software such as Microsoft Office, GMail, Google Drive, CRM System (we use Hubspot).
- High-achieving attitude, ambitious and strong work ethic.
- Digital and Technical confidence/know how - so you can support with eLearning products and digital initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years as PA or office manager
- A passion for the personal development industry and a drive to learn about business
- Good homeworking set up. Can provide a laptop.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SALARY: £30,000 to £40,000 pro-rata depending on experience
HOURS: Office hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
ANNUAL LEAVE: 24 days per year pro-rata from the starting date.
PLACE OF WORK: Home working with some days in Central London
