I am working with an international, independent real estate consultancy who work with owners, occupiers, developers and funders, across both private and public sectors, to help them through their Real Estate property cycle.

A successful team of multi-skilled team of surveyors, engineers, technical specialists, consultants, and project managers operating across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.

Administrator  

Your duties would consist of:

  • Book travel and accommodation and assist with expense claims.
  • Assist with the collation of information for new project set-up requests for TDD instructions working closely with fee earners, business support and the project inception team.
  • Prepare and manage TDD trackers including following up with fee earners on project close out i.e. billing and seeking further opportunities.
  • Manage resources internally to ensure smooth and efficient job management and communication between the team. 
  • Main point of contact for clients and other third parties regarding requirements for inspections all the way through delivery of reporting.
  • Helping to manage deadlines, ensuring reports are issued to clients within agreed timescales. 
  • Downloading/uploading documents to data sites.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties regarding reliance letter requirements.
  • Be the central controller by coordinating and disseminating information to the TDD team; other service specific support and wider business support team as appropriate.
  • Assist surveyors with billing and WIP management.
  • Liaise with HR and the TDD team regarding internal training and presentations.
  • Attend TDD service meetings, advise on deadlines and resources, collate discussion points and distribute/follow-up action points.
  • Provide guidance and training to new service specific team members.

Candidate profile:

  • Excellent listening, grammar, numeracy, comprehension, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Can- do attitude, able to work well individually or as part of a team.
  • Gathering and sorting data with good attention to detail.
  • Scrupulous record keeping.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Following and executing company policies and objectives.
  • At least 1 years’ experience within a similar professional services role within the same industry.
