JOB TITLE: Front of House / Receptionist

CONTRACT: Temp to Perm 

HOURS: 9.00am – 18.00pm

START: January 2022

Duties Involve but are not Exclusive to:

• Answering the phone, dealing with client queries, strong use of Switchboard.
• Diary Management / Team management.
• Arranging Couriers for clients/colleagues.
• Managing reactive email base.
• Excellent Customer service skills. 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• An independent worker with a strong sense of initiative.
• Confident and comfortable with taking inbound and outbound calls. 
• Reliable, organised, multitasks and sociable.
• Appreciates that customer service is a huge role that impacts the company’s ongoing growth. 
• Good understanding of word, outlook, excel, bookkeeping, switch board.
• Capable of diary management.
