Our client is a small but rapidly growing executive search firm specialising in the Fintech sector. Due to expansion, they need a strong administrator or Graduate who would like to develop in one of the world's most interesting industries.
Your role will be to send out emails to potential candidates, deal with the inbound traffic, update the database, format CVS and book calls on behalf of the director.
In time, you will be trained up and may become a consultant or alternatively, as the business grows, take on more of an operational role. The Director has previously set up and sold a business of over 100 staff so is very knowledgeable about executive search and Fintech in particular.
