PA to Founder of Amazing Interior Design & Architecture Studio

This leading interior design and architecture studio is looking to hire a PA to support the Founder. It is an incredibly exciting time to join the firm with additional new offices opening and many projects on the horizon.  This role will be incredibly varied and duties include but not be limited to:

• Detailed diary management for the Founder, with additional support to the COO and Studio Manager 
• Organising travel itineraries
• Personal PA duties for the Founder
• Nurturing relationships with clients across different projects
• Office Management duties
• Helping with the set up of the new offices
• Managing the company inbox, all enquires and requests
• Liaising with the in-house chef making sure everyone has signed up for the lunch

This is great role for someone who wants to work closely with a dynamic team and a brilliant, creative and inspiring Founder.  You will be based in gorgeous offices in West London in a role that is 4.5 days per week with a minimum of 3 in the office.  This role will suit someone that has a real interest in interior design and/or architecture and they will want someone who is passionate and who will bring ideas to the table.  They have an in-house chef who cooks the team lunch 3 times per week and the culture of the firm is incredibly inclusive and welcoming.  We are looking for someone who has experience of managing a diary, ideally experience of supporting someone remotely and it is imperative that you have a positive outlook on life and approach to your work.  Interviews to begin in January 2022
