You will be working for a specialist organisation who helps clients with mental health support needs progress towards Employment, Training, and Education.

This is a part-time (permanent) position - and you are looking at 30 hours a week, 2 days office-based & 2 days home-based.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Answering the phone (and door-when we someday get back to normal!) to visitors
Ordering office supplies including PPE, etc
Processing new referrals, including calling referrers for any missing info
Assessing the urgency of new referrals and allocation to the Employment Advisors
Producing weekly caseload reports for your line manager
Supporting your line manager with producing quarterly reports for Commissioners by collating info from the Employment Advisors
Coordinating online courses by sending out invites to attendees
Minute taking
Managing the health and safety at both the Cambridge and Huntingdon office to complete monthly 'Compliance Reports' - this involves liaising with various depts. and external agencies to ensure the team are fully compliant and booking in visits for PAT testing, aircon service, etcPlease note: the salary for this role is GBP13,883. You MUST have access to your own vehicle.
