We are working with our client who are a leading infrastructure supplier to the UK construction industry including domestic and commercial premises in the search for a Project Administrator
Assisting with the day-to-day activity of key contracts. Responsibilities will include supporting the project team by scheduling appointments and allocating jobs to engineers, liaising with customers, conducting mail merges, stock management and reporting.
The successful candidate will need to be energetic, customer focused, with exceptional customer service skill, a can-do attitude, desire to succeed and the ability to multi-task. The position is office based in Washington (with the occasional visit on site), travel will be involved from time to time therefore a driving license is essential.
Responsibilities
* Conducting outbound calls, reaching out to customers to schedule water efficiency appointments.
* Answering Inbound calls and emails from customers to request a water efficiency appointment.
* Scheduling and clustering appointments by postcode.
* Conducting mail merges and arranging for letters to be folded, franked and sent to customers.
* Managing the allocation of stock to Water Efficiency Installers/ Technicians.
* Counting and recording stock levels.
* Ordering uniform/ID badges/equipment for engineers.
* Support with project reporting and collating engineers daily job lists on excel.
* Support with cleansing address data on excel.
The person:
* Customer Service & Telephone skills essential
* Proficient with MS Office
* Verbal and communication skills
* Basic office admin experience
* Driving license essential
