JOB TITLE: Team Administrator
COMPANY: Not for profit, membership organisation – Education sector
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 35 hours per week 9.00am – 17.00pm, flexibility offered
FLEXIBLE WORKING: 2 days minimum from the office
SALARY: up to £26,000 DOE

As the Team Administrator, you will be supporting 3 wonderful teams within the organisation comprising of the Membership, Marketing and Events teams, so you will have amazing exposure into these specific areas of business!
This intimate yet driven organisation is looking for a proactive, hands on individual that loves to work as part of a team!
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Diary management and organising meetings for Directors, Senior Managers and wider team
- Assisting with logistics and operational administrative duties
- Welcoming guests to the office, booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Booking travel, venues, catering and deliveries to support the Events Team
- Sending out confirmations to delegates and speakers
- Participating in events both online and in person
- Sending out membership packs and information to new and existing members
- Updating the CRM database
- Interviewing and onboarding companies to organisational programmes
- Updating the company website and posting blogs
- Posting and updating company social media pages
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Excellent presentation skills and telephone manner with the confidence to engage with a wide range of companies, often with individuals at a senior level
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to juggle a number of tasks under pressure
- First class customer service skills
- Familiarity with social media and WordPress websites would also be a benefit, but is not essential
- Enthusiastic and committed to achieving both individual and organisational goals
