Nestled amongst the rambling hills of beautiful National Trust land, The Bear of Rodborough Hotel is part of the long established Cotswold Inns & Hotels group.
It is a busy, fast paced environment which in addition to the Bars & Restaurant it is also a sought after Wedding venue, catering for up to approximately 50 weddings a year plus private events of up to 100 people.
This busy 44 bedroom, 3\* Hotel, including a Bar, One Rosette Restaurant and an Outdoor Pavilion area with Bar is popular with the locals and visitors to the Rodborough Common area.
It is a busy, fast paced environment which in addition to the Bar & Restaurant is also a sought after wedding venue; catering for up to approximately a 100 weddings a year plus private events of up to 100 people.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Reservations
* Handling guests' enquiries
* Check-ins and check-outs
* Taking payments
* Answering calls and emails
* Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Candidates must have previous hotel experience, knowledge of reservation booking systems, be educated to a good level with knowledge of administration and clerical procedures, computer competent and customer service experience.
