Page Personnel are recruiting for a Group Receptionist to join a business in Hull.
Client Details
The business is a multi-disciplined group which operate many companies across the North of England. This is a family business which has been growing since the 1800s. The business are committed to support, train, develop and rewards employees!
Description
The day to day responsibilities will be; first point of contact for all staff, visitors and customers, ensuring that all business needs are met, ensuring that all visitors and staff and dealt with efficiently, answering incoming phone calls, taking and distributing messages, managing and booking all travel and accommodation required for staff, ordering catering, hospitality and corporate gifts as required, providing general admin support to the wider team and business, managing and co-ordinating the online meeting room bookings, setting up and preparing meeting rooms, conducting the daily monitoring checks of the meeting rooms and communal spaces, checking stock of stationery and catering supplies and re-ordering/replenishing as necessary, providing holiday and sickness cover for the wider team.
Profile
Previous experience of working in a Reception/administration role.
An excellent telephone manner.
A friendly and welcoming approach with a positive and professional attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to support and encourage colleagues particularly when they are under pressure.
Good organisational skills to ensure that the tasks are effectively scheduled within working time available and that urgent work is completed within specified timescales.
Have the ability to work both as a team member and alone in a busy working environment.
Possess a positive approach to learning, development and progression.
Have a flexible attitude towards hours worked and interest in supporting the wider team during holiday and sickness periods.Job Offer
