Internal Sales Co-ordinator required for an exciting opportunity with my client, a global leader in the design, installation and servicing of products for the water industry such as wastewater treatment and flood protection systems.
This positon is initally a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
This role will suit a candidate with commercial experience who has excellent communication skills, able to build relationships easily and wants to work as part of a team dealing with project enquiries.
Internal Sales Co-ordinator responsibilities:
Respond to general sales enquires that are received by phone, e-mail and letter.
Ensuring proposals are submitted on time and are followed up to answer any commercial questions.
Negotiation with clients regarding price, terms and conditions and delivery.
Work closely with bids and proposals team and update internal processes.
Administer all relevant paperwork for orders received, place orders and co-ordinate requirements with suppliers and logistic providers, update CRM system to reflect current status of orders and liaise with customers with regards to delivery dates, outstanding monies and / or technical information that may be required to fulfil the order.
To carry out the necessary follow-up procedure by telephone, e-mail etc on products as and schedule service visits for product
