Our Client are a leading land regeneration and property developer that manage high-quality industrial and logistics assets across the UK.
They currently require the services of a Data Administrator to support the Asset Management and Property Management team with an efficient and effective data / document service.
Duties are to include:
To ensure all data/ documents are input onto relevant systems and databases in line with agreed SLAs
Data population & monitoring of folders to help ensure disposal timelines are met
Maintain an excellent working knowledge and become a super user of all relevant Company systems and databases to ensure efficient operation
To support the team with data requests and reporting in accordance with the GDPR
To maintain knowledge and adhere to of relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Regulations.
To ensure safe working practices
To understand the importance of, and assist in, maintaining internal business relationships To assist with general administration and other tasks and functions as required
Candidate specification:
Excellent IT knowledge
Excellent organizational skills
Good communicator and team colleague
Full valid driving license
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
